Logic Philly is a local Philadelphia Martial Arts Academy with hundreds of members ranging in age and ambition. While each person strives to accomplish their individual goals, the community at Logic is best known for it's standard and supportive culture. The environment is filled with a vast array of members capable of coming together in ways that create an incredibly powerful impact. With such potential, Logic chooses to focus on helping as many people/communities as possible by teaming up with bigger organizations that share the same vision for helping others.
This holiday season we are parterning with Legacy of Hope to make an impactful and meaningful difference in the lives of a family whose loved one has cancer. This patient, in his 60s, is a grandfather who is raising his 3 grandchildren, ages 9, 8 and 3. He had been living pay check to pay check in order to provide for the children and then he received a devastating cancer diagnosis. Since then he has been too sick to work. With no regular income, this patient is struggling to meet the most basic of needs; food on the table, warm clothes for the winter months and enough money to keep the lights and heat turned on.
Make a donation to Legacy of Hope to bring holiday cheer to this family and so many others like them who are expepriencing extreme hardship related to a cancer diagnosis. Funds raised will be used to provide fresh food, purchase household essentials, pay utility bills, provide transportation to prevent medical treatments and prevent eviction.
At Logic, we believe that we have a greater purpose. While we have our own careers, families, and academy community, we know we can do more. By connecting with Legacy of Hope, we can fulfill that purpose consistently and locally, right here in Philadelphia.
.
Operation Santa is a Legacy of Hope initiative that delivers hope and holiday cheer to cancer patients and their families. For parents who are too sick to work and unable to provide the kind of Christmas that they dream of for their children, your help will allow them to see the smiles on their kids' faces as they celebrate the magic of the season.
