For 24 hours in September, I will be going up and down the Rocky Steps at the Philadelphia Museum of Art for my 3rd consecutive year to raise money to support Legacy of Hope. We all know that 2020 has been one heck of a challenging year so far. I’ve had my share of anxieties, uncertainties, and simply trying to navigate the new “normal” ways of daily living during these “strange” times. However, the one thing that is certain this year, is the Legacy of Hope’s mission of providing support to local cancer patients and families facing financial hardships in our city. I’m also certain that I am a bit crazy and love the challenge of taking on the famous Rocky steps for 24 hours straight! I believe, even though times can be tough, we don’t quit! And I promise NEVER TO QUIT, but I need your support.
So, I ask for your support as I run (or walk/crawl) these steps for 24 hr straight to support every single person in Philadelphia who is fighting cancer. As the saying goes, “Tough times don't last, tough people do.” You can contribute $1, $5, or any dollar amount. Every single dollar counts!
