I Run for Those Who Cannot...
On March 29th, 2026, I am running my second half marathon, the Philadelphia Love Run Half Marathon, in honor of my grandmother, Ann Birchler, who passed away in October 2025, after a 5 year battle with cancer. This race is deeply personal to me and my family, and I am running to raise $500 for Legacy of Hope, a charity that supports families facing cancer when they need it most.
 
The goal is simple but powerful: to ensure that families in the Greater Philadelphia area with a loved one fighting cancer never have to worry about going hungry or losing their home. Every week, families across Philadelphia with a loved one fighting cancer go hungry. Legacy of Hope partners with local hospitals to identify financially vulnerable cancer patients and provide them with the support they need during such a challanging time.
