This September 13th and 14th,  I am climbing the Rocky Steps at the Philadelphia Museum of Art for 24 hours straight as one of Legacy of Hope’s sponsored 24-hour athletes in the 8th annual PHL24 endurance event. 

This will be my 6th year participating in PHL24, and my 4th year climbing the stairs for 24 hours.

Legacy of Hope doesn’t just raise funds—they meet the urgent needs of cancer patients when all other resources are exhausted. No one facing a cancer diagnosis should have to choose between treatment and feeding their family or keeping their lights on. This is how we care for one another.

An important note about Team Trevor: When Trevor Budny was in remission, he asked Julia and Ike to do this insane 24 hour endurance fundraiser, to help support the fight against cancer in a way that makes a real difference. Julia, Ike and Trevor climbed. We all showed up and haven't stopped showing up since. Now, we climb in his honor and memory and for all those battling cancer.

This year, the Brown’s Super Stores PHL24 in 2025 fundraising goal is $250,000.
