On September 21st and 22nd, I am climbing the Rocky Steps at the Philadelphia Museum of Art for 24 hours straight as one of Legacy of Hope’s sponsored 24-hour athletes in the 7th annual PHL24 endurance event. We remain committed to raising enough money to ensure no cancer patient or family member living in Philadelphia goes without life's necessities. And this year, as the Legacy of Hope footprint grows, we are poised to address another issue that many of the patients that we serve are facing; homelessness. For many of these families Legacy of Hope is their LAST resort. NO ONE dealing with advanced stage cancers should have to worry about where their family is sleeping or what is for dinner.

We will climb the Rocky steps for 24 continuous hours to raise $250,000.00 to purchase the property to open the David N. April Emergency Patient Support Center — The center will serve as a hub of FREE services for underserved cancer patients in the City of Philadelphia!

With a fundraising goal of $250,000, we are COMMITTED to make a lasting impact on the lives of those who have nowhere else to turn. We promise to leave our Legacy of Hope!
