Periop Gives Back!

The patient we are sponsoring is currently being treated at Penn Medicine.  She is a 46 year old single mom of two teenage boys with stage 3 cancer.  When  asked specifically what they needed she said "everything".  She said "the house is empty".

The family is Muslim, they don't celebrate Christmas and I thought that was important to know as people are choosing their gift wrap or any other holiday treats.

We will use donations to buy gifts and to provide gift cards so they can purchase day to day household items. Donations will also be used to help the pay rent and utility bills.

We would like to have the gifts and donations ready to go by December 20th so that we can make the delivery to the family before Christmas Day

Collection Box in Ground White Office.

See below for specific needs identified by the family.  Please feel frree to purchase other age appropriate gifts or household items that may not be on this list.  We appreciate if you gift wrap each item, labeled "Mom", "age 14" and "age 18".

*ALL PURCHASES HAVE BEEN SIGNED UP FOR OR DROPPED OFF TO GW

*MAY DONATE MORE ITEMS OR MAKE A MONETARY DONATION IF YOU WERE HOPING TO!
