This September I will be climbing the stairs at The Philadelphia Art Museum for 24 hours straight with Legacy of Hope and a group of badass human beings. My friend Trevor Budny asked me to participate last year and I was unable to join. This year was non-negotiable as I will join his friends and family to honor him and carry on his tradition of climbing the stairs.
I will push through all the pain and fatigue in memory of Trevor and all of those who we have lost or are still fighting cancer. We are doing this to raise money so that families who have someone fighting cancer don't have to chose between their treatment and basic human necessities. 24 hours of pain and discomfort cannot equate to what those who are facing this disease go through on a day to day basis.
